These Term of Use delineates the user policy of Devpeplo, including its services and liabilities associated with the utilization of our products and services. By enrolling in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions specified in this document.

Coverage & Scope

These Terms of Use govern how Devpeplo services and products, as well as any website that Devpeplo owns and runs, are used. Companies that The Buddies does not own or control, or individuals who are not employed or managed by The Buddies, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract, as well as any third-party websites that The Buddies’ website links to, are not covered by this document.

Filing a Complaint

If a user is unhappy with any of our services, they can file a complaint, and Devpeplo will work to find a solution that works for both parties. When something doesn’t work out, revocation takes place. Before submitting a request, please write to us if you are considering bringing a claim. Only if we are unable to come to an amicable agreement should you make a complaint.

Eligibility for Refund

We approach each project professionally to guarantee that the client receives what was agreed upon in accordance with the proposal’s terms and conditions. Refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with the following timetable, which outlines the services and our Terms of Use associated with each service, provided that the client has completed the dispute resolution procedure.

Application Programming

If the project hasn’t been started for some reason, we will provide a complete refund. Every application development project has a draft agreement. We shall implement the following delivery policy if no agreement has been created and/or a Terms of Use is not mentioned: If the project is not completed as specified in the delivery policy and contract, Devpeplo will pay a partial refund at the service provider’s discretion. The Buddies will determine the percentage of the project that is finished, and the remaining percentage will be handled in accordance with the project’s predetermined scope.

Dedicated Hiring

If the programmer, designer, content writer, SEO specialist, or any other team member delays the project’s commencement, Decpeplo will give you a complete refund. If the client decides to cancel the project at any time, we will provide a proportionate return. We don’t give refunds for working days. The client must contact our project manager right away if they are unhappy with the job at any point and request discounts for any unfinished work. Any such negotiations at a later time will not be accepted.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

On-time payments: If the agreed-upon or specified payments are unclear, the project is not deemed null and void. Prompt client communication: The Terms of Use do not apply to Devpeplo. For the project to be completed successfully, the client must supply information on time. The Buddies will not be held accountable for any delays or failures to finish the project that result from misunderstandings or a failure to communicate promptly. Completeness of the client’s information: If the client does not give Devpeplo all the information and scope of the project at the beginning of the project, Devpeplo is not required to fulfill its delivery and/or refund promises. Unless a separate agreement with a penalty clause for delivery delays is negotiated, Devpeplo will only make up for the delivery delay.

Limitation of Liability

Devpeplo liability is capped at the cost of the project’s portion that may be unfinished at any given moment, according to the Devpeplo proposal. Losses resulting from the provision of services, their non-provision, or their delay will not be borne by the Buddies. Only in the event that the client cancels the project and notifies Devpeplo in writing will Devpeplo be responsible for a refund.

Processing of Refunds

Within five business days following the cancellation date, Devpeplo will process and mail the refunds. Refunds by check or credit card will need to be made using the same payment method as the original.
